The church council has seriously pondered the Governor’s request that churches consider canceling services this week. We reviewed the Bishop”s guidance and decided to err in the side of caution and cancel service this week.

One of the reasons for the Governor’s requests is that it appears all the cases in Harrison county were connected by their church. So we will take this week to see if increased precautions will allow us to have service next week.

In the mean time the best protection from the virus is frequently and thoroughly  leashing your hands with soap and water.

If you feel ill or have a temperature stay home. Call your doctors office if you have any difficulties breathing.
Practice social distancing and minimize hand touching.
Lastly check in on your friends, neighbor’s, and fellow church members. Especially those who may have compromised immune systems. See if they need any assistance.

If God can lead the Israelites thru the  Red Sea I am sure he can see us thru this difficult time.

Please feel free to provide feedback to your church council members with recommendations and comments and concerns about how we should move forward.
